This program is a great benefit to children, because health care is very expensive in Kenya and therefore not available to the families of children involved in the Distance Adoption program. In addition, hospitals in Kenya refuse to treat acute cases unless they are sure that treatment will be paid for.
Therefore, if you want to do something extra for your child, health insurance is the best gift.
Until May 28th, 2021, it is possible to insure the children in the program for the period from June 2021 to May 2022.

This is what a classic day at our Island of Hope clinic looks like. Most often, doctors deal with respiratory and intestinal diseases, malaria or suspected tuberculosis. They treat up to 2,000 patients a month, do 1,000 laboratory tests and give birth to around 7 children… You can also support the clinic, for example by purchasing gift certificates. Each certificate is accompanied by a leather bracelet decorated with beads, which will surely please not only you, but also your loved ones, to whom you can give this symbolic gift and thus support health care in Kenya. Thank you.❤️ Gift certificates supporting health
The Distance Adoption project celebrated this age of majority in 2020 – beautiful eighteenths. We celebrate with beautiful online stories and since November we have been publishing one story of a supported child every week and one story from “Thank you for your support.”
All stories can be found on our website or facebook.com/CentrumNarovinu.
